Growing up in a family of triathletes and marathoners, I had an early start on exercise, nutrition, and healthful habits. I needed help to get where I am today; now, I love serving others on their fitness paths. Temple University's Honors College gave me a hearty serving of Nutrition education (GPA 3.99) Then, during my two years on tour, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the nation's most rigorous and accredited CPT program, The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I love building relationships with virtual and in-person clients to help develop safe and successful workouts, dietary habits, and a more mindful approach to fitness. Book a session with me today! We'll discuss your intentions, assess your posture, set smart goals, and build a long term plan that works for your life! “When you fall in love with the process rather than the product, you don’t have to wait to give yourself permission to be happy. You can be satisfied anytime your system is running.”
“Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.” “Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement” ― James Clear, Atomic Habits: An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones I have seen the transformative power of focusing on good habits over good results, leading with curiosity instead of shame in my fitness journey. I don't just ask, "How can I achieve the appearance I want?" I ask myself, "What movements and meals will make my mind, body, and spirit feel their best today?" And then I do it. One hour for myself is all it takes. I call it my Power Hour. We have 24 hours in a day, and the average American spends more 7 of them on screens, including 4 1/2 hours scrolling on cell phones. I am here to remind you that this is YOUR time, and it's not in infinite supply... You owe it to yourself to reclaim at least one hour a day for your own well being. You got this! See you in our next session. Coach Kodiak, Personal Trainer, NASM-CPT |

Kodiak is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. He took the time to listen to my goals and developed a comprehensive and tailored routine that addressed all my needs. Kodiak made me feel safe and confident from our very first session, and he helped me believe my goals were achievable. One of the highlights of training with Kodiak is his hands-on approach; he did every exercise with me, providing constant encouragement, inspiration, and motivation. His personalized workout plan is easy to follow, and I know I can always reach out to him with any questions. If you feel stuck, unmotivated, or need more variety in your workouts, I highly recommend training with Kodiak!

Kodiak has created not just an amazing plan that keeps me consistently pushing myself in the gym, but a mindset that has helped me create a new understanding of how nutrition and fitness can help balance my life! Whether it was training with him in the gym or talking to him about my goals, he approached every conversation/question I had with nuance and kindness. The written workout plans he creates are thoughtfully put together and allow me to continue to push myself in the gym while also focusing on my breath control, pacing, and intention. He combines cardio work, strength work, and other forms of exercise which has helped keep my physical activity well-rounded as well as make the best use of my time at the gym. Something that separates him from everyone else is his true, earnest passion for health and fitness and his ability to make a genuine connection through it, he is not just an incredible trainer, but an amazing human.
